Do I have to book in advance?
Yes, we ask all parents to book in advance to ensure there is a space for your child and secondly to ensure we have all the information we need in order for your child to attend. You can book either online, by phone or via email. Payment is also due in advance of your child attending the event.
How old does my child need to be to attend?
All venues accept children aged 4-13 years old. Biggleswade and Flitwick do accept 3-4 year olds.
Do you accept child care vouchers and Tax Free Vouchers?
Yes. Simply book with us using the code CCVOUCHER2017 at checkout to enable you to checkout and book without payment. On your booking email there is a list of the child care voucher companies and our ID to enable you to then make payment to us. If paying by TFC Vouchers please email us your child's reference code so we can link you payment to your account. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I book and pay with child care vouchers or Tax Free Vouchers?
At the checkout enter the code CCVOUCHER2017 and then look out for our email with our list of child care voucher id's such as Edenred or Computershare to then make a payment to us. If using Tax Free type in Multi-Active to find us, don't forget to email us your child's TFC refernce code.
How can I change or cancel a booking?
Please email email@example.com to make any changes or cancellations. There is no charge to make changes to your booking providing you give us notice and we have availablility. Cancellations require 14 days notice prior to camp starting in order to receive a refund. Any changes or cancellations must be in writing. Please see our cancellation policy for full details.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can find out cancellation policy here. In short we require 14 days notice prior to the start of the course you have booked to get a refund. Cancellations made after this will not be refunded. Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

How do I know my child will be safe? Are you Ofsted registered?
We are Ofsted registered and therefore get inspections by Ofsted. These ensure we meet the standards required by Ofsted who are the regulators of childcare in the UK
What are your staff to child ratios?
We work in line with Ofsted guidelines on the child care and early years register. In short we work towards a ratio of min 2 members of staff onsite at all times at 15-1 for 5+ and for children aged 3-4 years old 1-8.
