Terms and Conditions - Sports Camps
By registering your child on a Multi-ACTIVE Sports Camp, you agree to both the terms and conditions set out in this policy and on the signed agreement on each booking form.
- The guidelines set out by Multi-ACTIVE for the welfare, health and safety of the participants must be adhered to at all times
- Unless received in advance of the start of the Sports Camp, parents/guardians must complete a booking form on your child’s first day at the Sports Camp, and include all emergency contact details, medical conditions and any special requirements. This is a legal requirement.
- Payment must be received in full before the relevant Sports Camp commences. Any bookings made after this will be charged at either the standard daily or weekly rate. In addition, only payments made in advance or on the first day of a Sports Camp will qualify for the weekly rate. For example, paying only £12 on the first day of the
Sports Camp, and then paying the balance of £28 is not permitted. - The minimum booking is one day. No discount will be given to children arriving late or leaving early.
- Multi-ACTIVE reserve the right to exclude or refuse any persons prior to or during the Sports Camps
- Multi-ACTIVE’s public liability covers all participants attending the Sports Camps. Multi-ACTIVE will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings taken to the Sports Camp.
- Multi-ACTIVE reserves the right to cancel the Sports Camps at any time in the event of insufficient numbers, in which case all relevant payments will be fully refunded.
- No photographic images can be taken unless authorised by the Company Directors or unless part of an organised promotional shoot. If you do not want your child involved in any promotional shots please inform the Company Directors.
- In the event of cheques being returned to us unpaid, we will levy a charge of £10.00, supplementary to the original balance, to cover the costs incurred on our business accounts.
